Refund policy

Returns: If you are unsatisfied with your order, please email byfreck@outlook.com within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund/store credit. All items must be returned unused in original packaging.

Faulty Items: If any of your pieces are faulty, please reach out and we will arrange either a refund or alteration for you.

As most of our pieces are made using recycled materials, we understand that over time things may wear. If in doubt, we are always happy to discuss via byfreck@outlook.com or Instagram.
